How do I login to EndNote Web? I'm getting an error message.

Are you seeing this error message? "The new EndNote Web is only available to EndNote 21 customers."

 

You will need to have the desktop version of EndNote installed on your device. Visit our EndNote page to learn more.

 

1. From within the desktop version, go to the Edit menu (if on PC) or EndNote menu (if on macOS). Select Preference > Sync Preferences.

2. Click the Enable Sync button to go to the EndNote online Login dialog.

3. If you already have Clarivate credentials, use these to log in. If not, click the Sign Up button to begin the registration and activation process.

4. Take note of your login and password, which you will use to login to EndNote Web: https://web.endnote.com/login.
