Why is the New York Times not recognizing my account?

If you have a New York Times account through your upstate.edu email but are being prompted to create an account, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

If you are faculty/staff and signed up around 4 years ago, you may need to renew your access. Try logging in through the activation link: https://www.nytimes.com/activate-access/edu-access.
