RefWorks:

Yes, but you'll have to update your RefWorks account before graduating. You'll need to do the following:

-change your role to "Alumni"

-replace your upstate.edu email with a personal email address

EndNote:

You can keep using your current version of EndNote desktop, but you won't be able to get any version updates unless you decide to purchase a license from EndNote.

If you also have an EndNote Web account, you can use that for up to one year after your last login from the Upstate campus network. After that, your account will revert to the free version, EndNote Basic. To see the differences, visit https://endnote.com/product-details/compare-current-versions/. 

If you're interested in EndNote Web, you can create an account through EndNote desktop:

• Open your EndNote library.
• Select Library > Sync from the main menu.
• At the prompt, register for an account. For access after graduation, use a personal email address.
• Before leaving Upstate, authenticate the account by logging in to EndNote Web on the Upstate campus network (not UpstateGuest).
