"My Library Account" for Upstate Users

From the Primo homepage, click "Sign in" at the top right.

If you have Upstate Microsoft login credentials provided by IMT, choose the "Upstate User" login and enter your username and password.

Don't know your password? Please call the IMT Help Desk at 315-464-4115 to have it reset.

Logging into "My Library Account" will allow you to view your library account to view and renew your loans, place requests on physical items such as books, view some interlibrary loan links for physical items, and view full search results when off campus.

If your login information doesn't work and you've already contacted IMT, contact the library to request a library card at libserve@upstate.edu.
