"My Library Account" for users without Upstate or OpenAthens credentials

If you do not have Upstate or OpenAthens credentials, reach out to us at libserve@upstate.edu to request a library card. This will allow you to view your library account to view and renew your loans. It does not provide access to online journals and databases.
To access your account from the Primo homepage, click "Sign in" at the top right and select "Public Card Holder". Your user ID is your library card number. If you have trouble logging in, please reach out to us by visiting the front desk or by email at libserve@upstate.edu.
