"My Library Account" for users without Upstate or OpenAthens credentials

From the Primo homepage, click "Sign in" at the top right.
If you do not have Upstate or OpenAthens credentials but have been given a username and password from library staff, choose the "Public Card Holder". This will allow you to view your library account to view and renew your loans. It does not provide access to online journals and databases.
To request a library card, contact the library at libserve@upstate.edu.
